Goals
All provisions of this bylaw shall be in force until such time an amendment to any term is agreed upon by consensus of the members and implemented, as prescribed in the “Amendments” section. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this bylaw shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this bylaw. In the interpretation of this document, words in the singular include the plural and vice-versa, words in one gender include all genders, and “person” includes an individual, body corporate, partnership, trust and unincorporated organization.
Objectives
The purpose of the organization is exclusively charitable. The organization shall expend its income and resources for the purpose of furthering, promoting, sponsoring and/or implementing activities and programs for the following charitable causes.
- To advance education by providing publicly available scholarships, bursaries, and other forms of financial assistance to orphan students to be used for secondary and post secondary education.
- To relieve poverty in remote areas of Bangladesh by providing individuals and families in need with access to clean drinking water.
- To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the aforementioned charitable purposes.
The objective of the Organization is to raise funds for furthering its stated purpose.
