About CBMS


All provisions of this bylaw shall be in force until such time an amendment to any term is agreed upon by consensus of the members and implemented, as prescribed in the “Amendments” section. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this bylaw shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this bylaw. In the interpretation of this document, words in the singular include the plural and vice-versa, words in one gender include all genders, and “person” includes an individual, body corporate, partnership, trust and unincorporated organization.


The purpose of the organization is exclusively charitable. The organization shall expend its income and resources for the purpose of furthering, promoting, sponsoring and/or implementing activities and programs for the following charitable causes.

Advancement of education: Organize, raise funds and provide financial assistance to Bangladeshi orphan students who are studying in an educational institution in Bangladesh

Relief of poverty:  Providing assistance to economically disadvantaged and vulnerable groups who are victims of unfortunate circumstances such as natural and/or climate change-related disasters, pandemics or other calamities.                     

The objective of the Organization is to raise funds for furthering its stated purpose.
